1   Login to cPanel.

2   Locate and click on the “MySQL Databases” icon in the “Databases” category.

3   Find the MySQL® Database Wizard

4   Under the “Create a New Database” heading, enter a name for your database.

5   Click the “Next” button.

6   Database creation screen and below are the Create USER option

7.Locate the “Add User To Database” heading.

8.Select the user you want to add the database, and then select the database you want to add the user to.

9.Click “Add”.

10.Select the privileges you want the user to have in the database (All privileges is OK for most applications).

11.Click “OK”.

 

 

How do I import a MySQL Database?

 

1.Login to cPanel.

2.Locate and click on the “phpMyAdmin” icon under the “Databases” category.

Open the phpMyAdmin page from within cPanel.

3.After phpMyAdmin loads, click on the “Import” tab.

4.Click on the “Choose File” button and select your .SQL file.

5.Click on the “Go” button and your MySQL database will import.

 

How do I export a MySQL Database?

 

1.Login to cPanel.

2.Locate and click on the “phpMyAdmin” icon under the “Databases” category.

Open the phpMyAdmin icon within cPanel.

3.Once phpMyAdmin loads, select a database from the left that you wish to export from the list on the left.

4.Click on the “Export” tab and select an export option:

5.Quick – Export the entire database using the default options.

7.Custom – Select specific tables within the database to export, or change the individual export options.

8.Click on the “Go” button and the database export will begin.
